Terms of Service

PartRunner GTA ("PartRunner", "we", "us") is a Toronto-based service that helps customers source and receive used (recycled) original-equipment-manufacturer (OEM) auto parts from a network of licensed Ontario auto recyclers and dismantlers. We operate online at partrunnergta.com.

By submitting a request, paying for an order, or otherwise using our service, you agree to these Terms.

We act as a sourcing and delivery agent. When you submit a part request, we contact recyclers in our network, confirm fitment based on the year, make, model, trim, and optionally VIN you provide, and quote a delivered price. If you accept the quote and pay, we collect the part from the recycler and deliver it to your delivery address within the Greater Toronto Area.

We do not warehouse parts ourselves. Inventory shown on the site reflects the combined live availability of our recycler partners and is subject to change without notice.

Used auto parts often differ between trims, body styles, model-year sub-revisions, and factory options. You are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information. The fastest way to ensure correct fitment is to provide your 17-character VIN at the time of request — when a VIN is provided, we use the official NHTSA vPIC database to confirm year, make, model, body, engine, and trim.

When a VIN is provided and matches the part's donor vehicle, we guarantee fitment. When a VIN is not provided, fitment is reasonable-effort only and based on the year/make/model/trim text you supply.

Prices are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include delivery within our standard GTA service area. HST is included where applicable.

Payment is due before the part is dispatched and may be made by:

• Credit or debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay via our secure Stripe payment link at partrunnergta.com/pay
• Cash on in-person pickup, by prior arrangement only

All card payments are processed by Stripe in Canadian dollars; we never store your full card number. Quoted prices are valid for 24 hours. Once payment is received, the part is locked in and removed from supplier inventory.

We deliver across the Greater Toronto Area: Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Scarborough, North York, Etobicoke, Vaughan, Markham, Pickering, Ajax, Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, and surrounding municipalities.

Same-day delivery is available for orders confirmed and paid before 12:00 PM Toronto time, Monday to Saturday. Orders confirmed after the cutoff are delivered the next business day. Deliveries outside our standard area may incur additional fees, quoted up front before payment.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery. Please inspect the part before the driver leaves.

Our full Refund Policy is part of these Terms. In summary:

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery if the part is uninstalled, undamaged, and in original condition.
• Parts that have been installed, painted, modified, or otherwise altered are non-returnable.
• If a VIN-confirmed part does not fit, we will replace or fully refund.
• If a non-VIN part does not fit due to information you supplied incorrectly, a 20% restocking fee applies.

Used parts are sold as-is with no warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is stated in our Refund Policy. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of vehicle use, towing costs, alternative transportation, or installation labour.

We are not responsible for installation. If you are not a qualified mechanic, we strongly recommend professional installation.

You may not use our service to:

• Source parts that are stolen, fraudulently obtained, or subject to a hold/lien
• Resell parts in violation of provincial or federal regulation
• Submit fraudulent payment information or chargeback claims
• Misrepresent your vehicle to obtain a part you know is incorrect

We collect only the information needed to fulfill your order: name, phone, delivery address, vehicle details, and payment information. Payment is processed by Stripe under their privacy and security standards — we never store full card numbers. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties beyond what is required to source and deliver your part.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
